[Instrument features]:
The specimen is drilled and processed under specified environmental conditions. The specimen is hung between the two tin vents with a support rod, and the flame vent is perpendicular to the surface of the specimen. Liquefied petroleum gas is used as the heat source to supply gas to the two burners of the fire stability tester, and the burner flame vent is 30mm away from the plate surface. The lower end of the test piece is hung according to the standard and the burner is ignited. The thermocouple is used to measure the temperature at a distance of 5 mm from the board surface. At the beginning of the test, the carbonized mask that falls on the thermocouple should be removed without shaking the specimen. By adjusting, the temperature was controlled at (800±30)°C within 3 minutes, and this temperature was maintained during the test. The timing is from the start of the specimen when it encounters fire to the fracture and failure of the specimen. The time when each specimen is burned out is recorded, and the smallest value of the five specimens is used as the fire stability of the specimens in this group, accurate to 1min.
