【Scope of application】
The purpose of this test is to define the responsibility of the garment manufacturer to ensure that the buttons, buttons and fasteners are properly fastened to the garment and prevent the buttons from detaching from the garment and creating a risk of swallowing by the baby. 【Technical Parameters】
1. Standard configuration: (1) tension seat, (2) push and pull force gauge, (3) three-jaw pliers, (4) tension pliers, (5) bottom fabric clamp, (6) correction weight, (7) overall dimensions: 280×220×780mm
2. Operation guidance:
(1) Install the clamp and lock the test sample to the base with the test button.
(2) Lower the clamp, grasp the buttons tightly and pull them up, each set of buttons should withstand at least 17 pounds of pulling force (i.e. 7.72kg) and hold for 10 seconds without any signs of loosening or damage, and test at least 20 buttons of each type at the same time to be considered qualified.
(3) If one of the buttons is loose or damaged, or all must be re-inspected after replacement.
