Diaper absorption performance tester is used to determine the absorption speed, re-osmosis performance and permeability of diapers and other products.

[Instrument features]:
1. The test solution for testing adopts peristaltic pump control dosing method to ensure the stability and repeatability of dosing, and the dosing accuracy can reach ±1%.
2. The heating method of the test solution (normal saline) adopts the water bath heating method, which will not have any impact on the performance of the test solution.
3. Children's diaper test sample fixture: 3 U-shaped bases, 3 specimen holders, 3 standard liquid filling modules, and 3 standard pressurization modules.
4. Adult diaper specimen fixture: 1 U-shaped base, 2 standard dosing modules, and 2 standard pressurization modules.
5. All specimen fixtures are made of high-permeability materials for precision machining, which is convenient for real-time observation and measurement process, corrosion resistance, and durability.
6. The whole machine adopts desktop structure design, which is stable in operation and more convenient to move and install.
7. The main control adopts Mitsubishi PLC control, which is precise and stable.
8. Kunlun general touch screen is used for control and display.
