【Scope of application】

The thermal insulation efficiency test of steel structure fireproof coatings is a new test item added to the national standard GB14907 "Steel Structure Fireproof Coatings" in the 2018 version of the update, which is not in the old version of the standard in 2002. In GB14907-2018, the deviation of thermal insulation efficiency of indoor/outdoor steel structure fireproof coatings is ±15%. Introduction to the thermal insulation efficiency and fire resistance limit test furnace of steel structure fireproof coating: The thermal insulation efficiency and fire resistance limit test furnace of steel structure fireproof coating is a special instrument for the fire resistance test of steel structure fireproof coatings developed according to the technical indicators specified in the national standard GB14907-2018 "Steel Structure Fireproof Coatings", GB/T9978-2008 Articles 4 and 5 of Articles 5.1 and 5.2. The thermal insulation efficiency and fire resistance limit test furnace of steel structure fireproof coating is directly controlled by touch screen, eliminating the tedious connection to computer installation software, and the overall test process is fully automatic, easy to operate and maintain, and the temperature error is smaller than the national standard.
