【Scope of application】

YS-1 wire and cable combustion tester is suitable for determining the non-flammable properties of single plastic wires, control, cross-linking, elevators, marine, mining cables, etc., and can also do vertical combustion tests of high self-extinguishing low smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin insulation materials and 105 °C low smoke halogen free flame retardant olefin irradiated insulation. This test equipment adopts high-pressure igniter for automatic ignition, with exquisite shape and flue gas corrosion resistance. The key components are imported, the time is displayed digitally, and the test program is automatically controlled, which is easy to use, stable and reliable.

The equipment is designed according to the national standard GBT 18380.11-2008 "Combustion Test of Cables and Optical Cables under Flame Conditions Part 11: Flame Vertical Spread Test of Single Insulated Wire and Cable Test Device", GBT 18380.12-2008 "Combustion Test of Cables and Optical Cables under Flame Conditions Part 12: Flame Vertical Spread Test of Single Insulated Wire and Cable 1KW Premixed Flame Test Method" and other related vertical combustion test methods of single wire and cable. Equivalent use part IEC60332-1/2.
